I drew this picture around the time I discovered Blade of the Immortal, which is only - the - best manga ever conceived. I guess I subconsciously drew this as a tribute to Samura Hiroaki's work... hence this guy's resemblance to Manji and the rough line work. As a side note, I'm pretty happy with the way the background turned out.
